Most profitable Greenhouse crops….?

What is the most profitable crop or crops to grow in a greenhouse that is very far away from a population center. 150 miles to 220 miles from any town over 8,000. We are thinking along the lines of trying to do fruit or berries, maybe chia seeds, but we are looking for better ideas. We could maybe sell some produce locally, but not much. We would do this all organically, with no chemicals. Greenhouse would be built with ground source heat/solar heat so energy costs should be manageable. We would also be taking a permaculture approach.
What produce has the best market now and for the next few years?
Should we try to sell everything to health food stores, or should we try to start our own website to sell direct?
Any great names jump into mind? This would be located in Montana.
Thanks!

I would suggest tomatoes, peppers, onions, garlic, shallots, melons, sweet potatoes..etc. Something very high yielding. The best place to sell would be farmers markets.
